Luigi Ferrajoli

Luigi Ferrajoli is considered one of the most influential legal philosophers of the last fifty years. He has served successfully in the judiciary (1967-1975) and in university teaching. He has been a professor of Philosophy of Law and General Theory of law at the University of Camerino and, since 2003, at the University of Rome Ill, of which he is currently Professor Emeritus.

He is the author of a vast scientific work, in which topics related to with guarantees, democracy and the theory of fundamental rights. Since the grounds of legal positivism and analytical philosophy, Ferrajoli is currently one of the most authoritative voices of legal theory worldwide.

How to participate?

The forms of participation in the congress are face-to-face, as a delegate, speaker, communicator and poster author, or virtual without intervention, via streaming. Yes intends to participate in Cuba CON-PARA, please review the requirements that are required for each of the expected forms.

The deadline for receipt of contributions expires on February 15, 2023. Acceptance or rejection response will be given within 10 days of sending the abstract.

The headquarters

The National Hotel of Cuba was inaugurated on December 30, 1930, its colossal and attractive construction stands on the Taganana hill in Havana, where at the end of the 18th century the defensive Battery of Santa Clara was built -declared by UNESCO in 1982, together with the historic center of Old Havana, Cultural Heritage of Humanity. An emblem of the Gran Caribe Hotel Group, the facility was declared a National Monument in 1998 and has been part of the UNESCO Memory of the World Program since 2010.
